Rework "All Players" trigger sector types to match cv_playersforexit
It's a common complaint that CEZ1 is pretty annoying to finish in netgames because it requires every player in the game to be in the trigger sector, making everyone else wait for players who can't keep up and eventual recent joiners. Since
playersforexit got an update to rectify situations like this, it's only appropriate that those sector types are updated accordingly (even more so that keepbody is now a vanilla feature, so it's a conundrum much more likely to happen).
I was actually going to try tackling this problem myself, but felt some feedback was needed on what would be the best way to handle this. Maybe teleport the players that didn't arrive yet when the
cv_playersforexit quota is met? (I actually just realized the teleporting is a mapper-side problem, but still)
