Update game-emu-music lib to 0.6.2
Nothing wrong with more stability fixes, and I'm pretty sure it's possible some of the previous indirect crashes relating to
SDL2.dll was due to a bug within libgme.
what happened to "libs/dll-binaries/i686/libgme.dll" ?
For some reason 32-bit binaries ends up being bigger than the 64-bit counter parts, maybe has to do with toolchain I'm using.
Looks fine to me; Dependency Walker shows no external depends. It works fine too -- I got a SIGABRT the first time I tried a GME tune, but I assume that's a freak accident.
